Interests: Socialism/Marxism/Communism, labor, alternative communities, narrations of faith/irreligion, religion in the socio-political arena, critical social theory, feminism, anti-imperialism, critical biblical studies, political philosophy, postmodernism (but only a little), revolutions.
Maybe it’s because I didn’t fit in anywhere for a long time and so I learned to think of myself as an outsider. The whole point of this blog is to catalog my interactions with various thoughts and practices. There will be thoughts there from my experience with Christianity and then my exit from it, from the perspective of a father, from my journey to socialism, and from the perspective of a critical person. While it is a catalog, it is a living one, through which I want to show a person growing within a comradeship.
